Having spent over 30 years in third sector management and leadership roles, Julia realised that her passion was supporting people to become the best version of themselves that they can be. This led to a career change that allows her to support people one-to-one and in small groups to make the changes they desire. Believing that allowing ourselves to fully immerse all our senses in the moment can bring calm and feelings of safety, Julia practices and teaches mindfulness.
Julia is a BACP and UKCP registered integrative psychotherapist and mindfulness practitioner. Her practice is relationally focused, working in the here and now to support people to identify and challenge old behaviours or ways of working that stop us reaching our potential. Julia has an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy.
